Welcome to AffiliHub. By accessing our igaming affiliate software platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully - they govern how you use our tracking tools, commission management systems, and compliance frameworks.
1. Service Agreement
AffiliHub provides SaaS-based affiliate management software for casino operators and affiliate networks. Your subscription grants access to our platform for the duration specified in your billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify features with 30 days' notice to active users.
Here's what you get with your license:
- Real-time tracking infrastructure with 99.7% uptime SLA
- White-label casino affiliate software capabilities
- API access for custom integrations
- 24/7 technical support for Tier 2+ plans
- Quarterly compliance updates for US state regulations
2. User Responsibilities
You're responsible for all activity under your account. That means:
- Maintaining secure login credentials (we use 2FA, you should too)
- Ensuring your affiliate traffic complies with applicable gambling laws
- Not reverse-engineering our tracking pixels or postback systems
- Reporting suspected fraud or chargebacks within 48 hours
We're not liable for revenue loss from traffic that violates state-level iGaming regulations. Run clean campaigns.
3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Most platforms charge you for basic features. We don't. Here's how our pricing works:
- Starter: $297/month for up to 5,000 tracked conversions
- Growth: $897/month with unlimited FTD tracking
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for white-label deployments
Failed payments result in account suspension after 7 days. No partial refunds on annual contracts - you know the drill.
4. Data Usage & Privacy
Your affiliate performance data stays yours. We aggregate anonymized metrics for platform improvements but never sell user data to third parties. Full GDPR and CCPA compliance included.
Tracking cookies follow IAB standards. Players can opt out via standard browser settings.
5. Prohibited Activities
Don't do stupid shit with our software:
- No bot traffic or artificially inflated conversion numbers
- No promoting unlicensed casinos in regulated markets
- No credential sharing across multiple organizations
- No scraping our API beyond documented rate limits
Violations = immediate account termination. Zero warnings.
6. Limitation of Liability
AffiliHub provides tracking tools, not gambling licenses. We're not responsible for:
- Regulatory fines from non-compliant campaigns
- Lost revenue from third-party casino closures
- Player disputes handled outside our platform
Maximum liability capped at 3 months of your subscription fees.
7. Termination
Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'll export your historical data in CSV format. Accounts inactive for 180+ days get archived - reactivation requires contacting support.
